\u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9paration\u00a0\u00bb ou d&rsquo;autres affixes permettant de les distinguer des mouvements d&rsquo;origine.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ils ne sont pas tous d&rsquo;\u00e9gale difficult\u00e9 et ont tradionnellement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis en 3 cat\u00e9gories de difficult\u00e9s :<\/p><ul><li>Fondamental ou d\u00e9butant<\/li><li>Interm\u00e9diaire<\/li><li>Expert ou avanc\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><p>Ainsi, certains exercices, sur le dos, comportant une phase d&rsquo;appui en \u00e9quilibre sur les \u00e9paules ne peuvent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9s que par des personnes ne pr\u00e9sentant aucune pathologie cervicale ni cardiaque grave.<\/p><p>Les exercices tels que les push up ou les roulades peuvent solliciter plus fortement le syst\u00e8me cardio-vasculaire et les centres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre.<\/p><p>Quel que soit le niveau, les exercices doivent \u00a0\u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le confort et sans douleur avec l&rsquo;essoufflement minium.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est pour toutes ces raison qu&rsquo;il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;indiquer les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9
